However, just because container homes are bad at preventing heat transfer doesn’t automatically mean you need insulation.  The other factor to consider is the climate.

Then why don’t think about prefabricated shipping container? We use the EPS sandwich panel as wall material . We can solve the heat insulation and water proof problems. You can get a similar container home with less money, why not?
